July 27 Mini underwear ModelAlright so first my mommy posts nude pictures of me on here... then just yesterday she dressed me up in (really little) big boy underwear (I believe the technical term is gaunchies) and turned our kitchen into a photo studio. Yup that's right my mom has turned me into the youngest underwear model ever! I think I should write Guiness.
Love Hudson July 22 Ask and you shall receive!Well let me tell you adventure will come pouring your way if you just ask God for it (and are looking really hard). I mean just in the last 24 hours I beat Craig and 2 other guys at poker (didn't win but I did beat them!), I had a blender full of bluberries splash all over me and the kitchen, and.... now here is the kicker... wait for it... Drum roll please.... Hudson had his first solid poop! Like a little turd in his diaper this morning! Can you believe how exciting my life is right now? Oh and the food of the day is carrots! Whoo hoo!
July 21 Yay a semi Adventure!Semi as in 1/2 not a big truck. We went to the museum today where there was an event called horses horses horses. There were too man kids lined up for the horses though so we let the youth girls loose with Hudson and our camera to explore the CN caboose that is on display at the museum. Here are some of the pictures they took. July 20 Not for Elaine's eyes!!!We do have news! There is a large spider that lives near our living room window. Her name is Miriam and it is very interesting to watch her catch and eat things.
Here she is eating a butterfly!
Sarah Charger found!Yay! Craig found the battery charger safely nuzzled in our suitcase.
The biggest news here is that Hudson can sit on his own for short bursts of time. As the pictures will show however he also still topples over a lot
Craig and I have embarked on a training program to go from sitting on our bums on the couch to running 5k in 9 weeks! So far we have 1 exercise left to complete before moving on to week 2. It's not Sharon's 1/2 iron-man but we are pretty hapy with our accomplishments.
We are eagerly anticipating the arrival of summer guests! My mom will be arriving on Aug 4 and my Dad tentatively Aug 17. We do not need any notice practicly if you are coming to visit though! just call before you leave! (can you tell I am desparate for adventure?)
Love Sarah July 18 just to let you knowJust a short message to tell you that we have misplaced our battery charger and so pictures will be non existant until it is found :(
Hope everyone is well! Can't wait for all of our visitors to arrive!
Sarah July 10 Misc.Well I can see by the stats on this site that we do (or should I say Hudson does) have some adoring fans! Not getting many comments though. So the most exciting thing around here is still food for Hudson. We did go to the lake at Bednesti this weekend. That was pretty fun. We got lotsa mosquiteo bites. I will be trying to take pictures soon as it is Hudson's 6 month birthday today.
Love Sarah July 06 Real food!Hudson ate some rice today. Right off the spoon like a little champ! Kind of makes me a little sad that he is growing so fast though.
Sarah July 04 Sorry it's been so long...between updates. Well we went to Kamloops this weekend. Met up with the MacDonald's from Scotland. Surprisingly I did not have trouble understanding most of the things being said. It is however unfortunate that we had a camera malfunction and a good chunk of our pictures were erased. (So Nana AKA queen of the camera, please send pictures!)
Staying with Tom was lovely. Hudson slept well and Grandma Sharon was more than happy to keep him entertained when he was awake.
Canada Day was quite fun and Hudson was mesmorized by the fireworks.
We are waiting for some pictures of "fishing" at Grandpa John's house.
Grandma Lila took Hudson and I shopping (that's what she does best!)
We met baby Isabella and baby Jenna at church.
Hudson also got to meet the Frasers from Abbotsford. Zach and Bob really liked playing with him and Aunty Robby and Uncle Emil were so nice to talk with
Auntie Heather works at Dairy Queen now but she still managed to hang out with us at the water park.
This is an open invitation to you all to come visit us! There's lots of fishing and hiking and biking and shopping and sipping cool drinks in the hammocks to be done! Oh and eating! Craig and I have found some good places to eat in Prince George!
Love Sarah
